Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we anticipate that there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.
Standard Shipping Rates & Expedited Deliveries
We provide free shipping for orders over $30 USD (before tax). For orders less than $30 USD there will be a $5.99 shipping fee.

Expeditated shipping is available at additional costs. Shipping rate amounts will be made available to you when you select the expediate shipping option. If selected, you will be billed for expediated shipping plus all applicable taxes at the time of order placement. Orders for same day expeditated shipping must be placed before 9:00 a.m. EST.

Shipping Locations & International Shipping Policy

We ship to locations within 48 continental United States. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the United States.
Standard Shipping Times: Expected delivery time is 4-5 business days from the time you placed the order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with any order you placed, then you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date free of charge.
To request a refund, email ltg.consumer@savant.com and include your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please provide a description of the product(s) you would like to return along with the quantity and a brief reason for return.
Once the request is received, a Customer Service representative will email you within two business days to provide you with further information including a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a FEDEX shipping label for the return. Items must be returned in or along with their original packaging. Please remember to include the RMA inside the return package with the product. Upon receipt of the item, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that RMA ‘s are only valid for 30 days from issuance. Failure to return product within 30 days of RMA receipt may result in a reduction in the amount credited.

Product Damage

If you received your order damaged, please send an email to ltg.consumer@savant.com and include your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, provide the item number of the damaged product(s) along with the quantity and a brief summary of the damaged product(s). Specify if you would like to receive replacement product(s) or a refund. Please include pictures of the damaged products. Once the request is received, a Customer Service representative will email you within two business days to provide you with a resolution.
